My client is a leading pioneer in the field of immigration law and is a client and solution-oriented specialist visa and immigration consultancy. They cover all aspects of UK immigration, nationality and EU free movement law for individuals and corporates.

The company is rapidly expanding and as such we are looking for suitable candidates to join this friendly, professional and extremely fast growing team.
Working Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm (with one hours of lunch break) the package offered consists of a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum plus a generous bonus structure and many more incentives and benefits.

Duties:
*Provide an outstanding customer service.
*Dealing with end-to-end processing of applications.
*Develop, maintain and build working relationship with clients.
*Work to deadlines and even when under pressure provide the best service..
*Go an extra mile to make sure that all expectations are met.
Requirements:
*Mandarin speaker to native level
*Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
*Previous experience in the industry.
*Excellent negotiation skills
*Be a team player but capable to take your own initiative with problem-solving
Skills.
*Extremely organised with attention to detail
*Be interpersonal and friendly with a highly professional approach
*Basic MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
*OISC accreditation (beneficial but not essential)
