I am excited to be working with a Global Insurance firm who are seeking a Swedish or Danish speaking Scheduling Coordinator to join their growing team!

With offices all over the world, this well-established company needs individuals who can speak English and Swedish/Danish fluently.

**About the role:

Working as part of a supportive team, you will be coordinating the scheduling of a high-volume of meetings and visits for the Engineering team. This role involves extensive calendar management associated with scheduling visits and meetings.

*Scheduling Engineers to visit Corporate Clients and tracking the visit backlog.
*Preparing and distributing updated agendas.
*Establishing partnerships with external and internal clients.
*Handling internal and external telephone calls.
*Hybrid setting with office in Stockholm.


*Flexibility to attend the office - the position is hybrid, however, initial weeks will demand full-time presence on-site for training and induction.
*Proven administration experience involving scheduling and diary management, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
*Fluent in English and Swedish/Danish.
*IT Skills needed: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive.
*Team-oriented attitude.
*Be self-motivated and be able to work within a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent organisational skills and time management.
*Proactive and with a professional telephone manner.
*Candidates will need to have the right to work in Sweden.
