My client is looking for you! If you enjoy a role with a mix of Accounting/Credit Control/Customer Service/Administration and enjoy working in a small office environment. 

Your role is to support the Underwriting office with:

  • Issuance and monitoring of invoices and cancellation notices
  • Premium postings, processing and cash matching in Nexus
  • Monetary transactions for the agency (excluding payroll)
  • Monthly brokerage settlement
  • Support the Office and Business Managers with financial reports
  • Travel planning, organisation of meetings and events, mailings,

Data and document filing,

  • Giving relevant information to client on phone and per email
  • Support in preparing documents, presentations and events
  • Liaise with IT department
  • Support premium credit control process, including monitoring of endorsement and adjustment premiums
  • Ensure that actions (e.g. notice of cancellation or offsets) are implemented
  • Support the monthly and quarterly closings

 

The Requirements:

  • Commercial apprenticeship in accounting or similar qualification
  • Very fluent German and English
  • Interest in working in a small international team dealing with various interdisciplinary tasks
  • Analytical, communicative and solution-minded work approach
  • Resilience and pragmatic work attitude
