Sales Development Representative

Our client, a rapidly expanding SaaS organisation, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads with B2B clients across EMEA and APAC.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will prospect and qualify new leads, generated by the marketing team. Leads are mainly outbound but also some inbound. You must be at ease making several sales calls each day.

This role offers fantastic career development opportunities to Account Executive and Account Management positions.

The team is based in Montpellier and you can either work in the Montpellier office or remotely.

Candidates must have an excellent level of English with a good level of French.



Your goal will be to provide Account Executives with qualified leads and thus maximising the closing of new deals. As part of the Sales team, you will work closely with the Marketing/Growth team. Surrounded by close-knit and passionate colleagues, who are open-minded, caring and incredibly motivated you will be in charge of:

  • Qualifying the leads from inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Talking on the phone with (very) high-level professionals in English and in French
  • Developing an excellent knowledge of the company’s SaaS product and its features
  • Carrying out lead qualification and scheduling product demos for the Account Executives
  • Online demos for SMB prospects



  • Previous sales experience within a SaaS environment (inside sales / SDR / lead qualification role)
  • Bilingual English / French
  • Experience in an international context
  • A taste for sales and metrics, a results-driven mind set
  • Ability to build relationships and exchange with high-level professionals


Salary: 27-30K€ basic + 20K€ OTE (package 45-50K€, commission uncapped) + health insurance, corporate concierge, flexible hours, remote work, winter/spring retreats.
