Our client is a leading recruitment-consultative technology solutions provider with 19 locations and a wide range of expertise. For their international team in Frankfurt, we are searching for a motivated candidate with fluent English and German skills to support of all operational activities – manage data, sheets, outgoing invoices as well as monthly statements and general daily operational activities within DACH region.


  • General operations support including deal data maintenance, vendor and client data updates  in Salesforce
  • Raising account receivable / account payable invoices
  • Administration of candidate timesheets and client invoices
  • Following up on purchase orders and attaching them in Salesforce
  • team support with ongoing internal enquiries
  • Ad Hoc admin work. (post, filling etc)
  • Incoming and outgoing emails, keep the admin inbox organised at all times
  • Working with the sales associates to ensure all contract administration is done within a timely      manner


  • Professional experience in Administrative field, Office Management, Customer Support or related
  • You have strong attention to detail
  • Excellent German and fluent English skills
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets, invoices, numbers and data
