Our client is an international provider of test automation software for large enterprise clients. As a global leader in their field of expertise, they are currently further expanding their growth across Germany.

Your new duties and responsibilities

As the new Solutions Architect it will be your responsibility to work in collaboration with sales and development to drive customer acquisition and retention by helping customers to get maximum value from the company’s solutions.


As Solutions Architect you will be expected to have a strong technical background. You should be able to understand customer needs, resolve technical issues and provide training to help customers achieve their goals.  


Other day-to-day duties will include:

  • Engage with customers via on- site visits and calls to ensure they are getting the maximum value from their products
  • Support the sales team during the full sales cycle by giving product presentations, technical presentations and identifying customer needs
  • Providing general technical support


Your profile

As the new Solutions Architect you should have prior experience in technical support, ideally within automation testing. The ideal candidate is experienced in using technology to create solutions that address customers’ needs and is capable of communicating these adequately towards customers.



The ideal candidate should also have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in client faced technical support
  • Software testing / Quality assurance background preferred
  • Fluent German and English
  • Strong leadership and personal accountability
  • Able to collaboratively work towards common goals
  • Attention to detail, analytical, and committed to follow through
  • Willingness to travel (25%)
