Human Resources & Office Coordinator (Teilzeit)

My client, an international firm in Taunus Region / Frankfurt is currently looking for an HR & Office Coordinator  to join their team on a part time basis. This role would suit you if you have gained some experience in the HR or Office Management department and would like to work in a dynamic and exciting, fast paced environment where you can use your English language skills.


HR & Office Coordinator (w/m) – part time (20 – 30 h/week)


Taunus Region near Frankfurt


In this role you will work closely with the HR Team in US and the local Director in the business line , to help them to achieve their strategic goals supporting in all aspects of Human Resources and Office Administration:


The role:

You will cover all aspects of HR work such as the following:


Human Resources

  • Building the HR Department in Germany for that unit
  • Recruitment and Employer branding
  • On-boarding
  • Interaction with stakeholders in Germany, USA, India, Luxembourg, Ireland and other countries
  • Culture and Values
  • HR administration, personal files, preparing contracts and references
  • Payroll support
  • Compensation and Benefits


Office Management

  • Office management and administrate tasks
  • Travel and calendar management for the team
  • Purchasing od supplies and services
  • Basic invoicing
  • Basic facilities management


Operational Support

  • Reporting/ data requests
  • Event and visitor management



Your profile:

  • The ideal candidate brings the following skills and experience to the role
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of ‘ownership’ of his/her work
  • Comfort level with unstructured and fast-moving work environment; willingness to help design (and redesign) processes
  • General understanding of German employment law and  payroll related procedural activities
  • Awareness and sensitivity to a global, multi-cultural, and cross-border working environment
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Human Resources or as an office manager or similar role
  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in another major European language a plus
