Opportunity Summary: They are hiring 3 Client Service Managers (CSMs) to each cover a specific market across Europe (ie France, Germany, and Italy). CSMs are responsible for the management of client information, client relations (via oral and written communications), and internal systems. Client satisfaction and Order Management are the primary responsibility of the CSMs. CSMs perform independently with direction from supervisors, and their work has a significant impact on company revenues and profitability, client perception and satisfaction. There is no team management required in this role but, strong experience of coordinating projects and reporting on Excel is essential. Role Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of client management to include: account set-up, domain registrations (both gTLD's and ccTLD's), estimate entry, order entry via portal, customer information maintenance, reporting, customer satisfaction Function as the main point of contact to assigned clients - oral and written correspondence Act as the internal advocate for the client Monitor registration and renewal data for clients Co-ordinate and manage regular service reviews Effectively advise clients on products and services Specific Role Requirements: Fluency to a native level in one of either French OR German OR Italian Solid dedicated experience within a pure client services role Understanding of Domain services is advantageous but not essential Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent organisation and decision-making skills Team player - ability to work with others in different time zones Experience working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task projects simultaneously Can-do mentality with the motivation to excel Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good understanding of contract management, accounting, and business management practices Ability to effectively manage requests from management, technical and administrative staff, and clients Must credit attention to detail and accuracy as a strength Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism Winning Requirements: Degree educated or equivalent a plus Fluency to a native level in one of either French OR German OR Italian To apply for this position please send a copy of your CV in English and as a word document to: m.christie@eurolondon.com Thank you for applying to Euro London Appointments, the UK's largest independent language consultancy.
