Responsibilities *Providing 1st and 2nd Line support to the business via Phone, Email, Deskside support and ticket management on ServiceNow. You will handle requests from across the EMEA and particularly DACH ( German speaking) regions of the business. *Escalation of incidents to 3rd Line support team members. *Ticket Management and Case Ownership. *Triage and Troubleshooting of moderate to complex issues include use of diagnostic tools. *1st Line support on Enterprise applications including Oracle, QlikView ,Agile and Siebel. *Provide training on Enterprise applications for new starters. *Support for Printers, Peripherals and other Hardware and Software across the Belgian and European offices. *Configuration and set-up of laptop hardware and software across Europe. *Adherence to Service Level Agreements. *Emergency "Out of Hours" Support availability for assisting Belgian and overseas colleagues occasionally. *Ensuring the security of devices is paramount to our client due to the sensitive nature of their business so knowledge of IT Security is beneficial. *Special project work as and when required on an ad hoc basis. Requirements and qualifications *A degree in Computing or a related field with at least one relevant experience in a similar position. *Sound understanding of IT Industry and latest technologies preferably in a regulated environment. *Fluent German and English and strong communications skills. *ITIL Foundation v3 qualification desirable. *Ability to occasionally lift printers, PCs, Laptops and docking /audio-visual equipment. *Occasional need to be 'agile' for cabling /patching requirements under desks ! An established and globally successful multinational is looking to recruit several experienced Multilingual Customer Service Administrators to work in their Belgian offices.. Some of your principal duties will include: *Coordination and input of day to day customer orders processing on an Oracle business system. *Resolving customer (internal and external) issues via phone and email in an efficient and timely manner. *Maintaining a constructive relationship with the sales team in the field, helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues to avoid disruption to customer orders, while contributing to continuous improvement of our local processes. *Maintaining the Oracle database with details of all owned equipment installed at customer sites. *Updating details of customer communication into the CRM system, and monitoring results to ensure any issues are resolved in a prompt and timely manner. *Generating and analyzing reports of daily operations (i.e. shipments) to proactively prevent errors. *Arranging deliveries to, and collections from, customer sites throughout Europe, and liaising with the warehouse regarding inbound and outbound activities. *Ensuring the Customer information on Oracle and other similar linked databases within the department are maintained in good order and accurate. *Support and assist other business units where required. *Maintain a working and up-to-date knowledge of relevant products, including pricing and product codes. The successful candidates will speak foreign languages fluently, have 3-5 years customer service experience in a B2B environment. You will have excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office, knowledge of logistics and shipping documents would be highly desirable but not essential. Also, knowledge or Oracle and CRM is valued.
