  • Partner Manager – Print Solutions My client is a software development company specialising in Print Management software solutions (SaaS). They are headquartered in the UK and the education sector is one of the most important end users. They are expanding the sales team in Germany and are now looking for a Partner Manager to further develop business with both new and existing channel partners across Germany and further in the DACH region. Your responsibilities: This role is a sales role that will require you to acquire new channel partners as well as looking after existing accounts. As it is a sales roles, there is a target system in place that you are expected to achieve, you will be rewarded for your performance Conducting client visits and performing software demonstrations to resellers Updating internal systems such as the company CRM and query management system Conducting webinars and online meetings Your profile: A minimum of 2 year sales experience selling software. Knowledge of print management solutions an advantage but not essential. Great presentation sills, you will enjoy conducting client demos. Fluent German and English is required for this role as you will have a lot of contact to the English team in the UK, your partners are all based in the DACH region. Ability to deliver high quality customer service You have a valid driving license Salary is in the range of €55k to €60k OTE plus car allowance. You can be based from the office in Düsseldorf or from your home office in the region.   • My client is a procurement and supply chain consultant, who works together with an internationally known food & drinks provider. They are growing their team in Germany and are looking for an Account Manager to join their Düsseldorf office. This is an unlimited and permanent role working towards the DACH market.   Account Manager (m/f) Supply Chain - Düsseldorf – permanent contract -   Your responsibilities As the new Account Manager you will be the main point of contact to your clients across the DACH region. Together with the Distribution Manager, it will be your responsibility to make sure that the day-to-day supply chain activities with the distribution partners run smoothly and that your clients’ needs are met. In case of issues, problems or questions, it is your responsibility to help problem solve and also be the interface towards your clients. Other responsibilities will include: Be the main point of contact for your clients, make sure their needs are met With new clients, be in charge of the on-boarding and potential training Day to day distribution management including implementation of new products and price changes, including stock management for current and future promotions and trials Liaise with the Distribution Manager on any distribution issues and work to resolve them Work closely together with Marketing team to ensure that all communication towards the clients is relevant and timely Assist with new product development Work closely with the distributors and other stakeholders to gather feedback and insight in order to improve processes. Work closely together with the Junior Account Manager and support in their further development and training and support them in their day-to-day role   Your qualities To succeed in this role, you will bring the following qualities with you: Experience in similar account management and customer service role Experience of supply chain and distribution management Excellent communication skills (oral and written, including presenting), in German Good spoken English language skills Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills Analysis – collate, evaluate, and manipulate data Strong customer focus and service skills Good computer skills for data analysis (formulas, looks ups, pivot tables etc.)   Your benefits You will be working in an international environment where you will be using your German and English language skills interchangeably.
