About the role: 8weeks contract; (Could be extended) Start - 13th June 2022; Salary: negotiable; Speaking Danish and English; The contract is available full-time but also open for 4 days per week. Key responsibilities: General admin/office management; Overseeing office space, supplies and local communications; Diary and Travel management for Company's Vice President; Ad-hoc support to the local team and visiting consultants; Planning and arranging company meetings; External communication with stakeholders and suppliers. Essential Requirements: Must be fluent in Danish and English; IT literate, proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Experience managing calendars and travel arrangements; Strong communicator with the ability to build solid professional relationships with stakeholders of all levels; Must have the right to work in Denmark; Experience with using online travel booking tools is desirable. Responsibilities *As a Global Software Lead you'll evaluate , create, develop global strategies to optimise R&D delivery enabling growth through new business. *Driving improvement initiatives and accelerating the delivery against the R&D strategic models. *Identifying strategic partners and taking responsibility for engagement with them and the R&D team to support acceleration of the NVI project pipeline. *Formulating software strategies to achieve global alignment across all R&D Centres of Excellence. *Responsibility for identifying process automation and development across software platforms including requirement capture, architecture and design, development, testing , embedded software, firmware and release processes. Requirements *Degree educated ideally to Masters level within a Systems/Software Engineering related discipline. *Extensive experience in leading /delivering global strategic initiatives within software environments including C#.NET, C , Windows for Desktop software development. *A proven record of accomplishment of defining global software/hardware strategies, software team management and growth. *Leading Software teams including Software Team Leaders , Senior Developers, Junior Developers, Software Test Engineers, Junior Test Engineers. *Experience in a product /instrument development environment playing a leadership role across software disciplines. *Proficiency in managing and building hardware/software development teams. *A 'solutions oriented' perspective to problem solving. *Strong interdisciplinary communications skills. *Experience in owing software strategies, managing and developing requirements tools for processes and underlying infrastructure. *Experienced in software systems with extension to automation and monetisation of customer workflows.
