Our client, an international B2B services company with a strong presence in Luxembourg, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support its strategic expansion.

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will play a key role in driving new revenue growth and developing high-value relationships with B2B clients across multiple industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert new B2B clients
  • Sell the full range of products and service solutions
  • Develop and expand strategic partnerships with external consultants and market allies to accelerate lead generation and opportunity creation.
  • Consistently hit and exceed commercial targets through proactive business development

Profile:

  • Bilingual/Native in French and fluent in English.
  • Previous experience in B2B business development and consultative selling.
  • Hunter mindset and results driven

 Salary & Benefits :

  • Up to €60k/year according to profile and experience.
  • Uncapped commission
