A growing international B2B services business is looking for a Regional Commercial Director to support the delivery of its expansion strategy across France.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong commercial judgement, team leadership and stakeholder management.

Reporting directly to the Senior Management, this person will lead a regional commercial team and play a key role in delivering growth objectives at country level.

This role requires to coach teams to perform, provide honest and reliable forecasts, and act as a facilitator across internal functions to help projects move forward effectively. You know how to influence a range of stakeholders, and balancing commercial ambition with realistic assessment and execution discipline.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a regional team to deliver consistent commercial results
  • Drive pipeline progression, conversion and overall regional performance
  • Provide clear, accurate and honest forecasting to support business visibility and planning
  • Act as a facilitator across internal stakeholders to help move opportunities and projects forward
  • Influence and negotiate internally to secure alignment and remove blockers
  • Negotiate externally with prospective partners and decision-makers to progress and close opportunities
  • Lead by example in commercially complex discussions

Key profile :

  • Strong experience in commercial leadership, business development leadership or regional management
  • Proven track record of leading and coaching teams against demanding targets
  • Ability to influence and align internal stakeholders to deliver projects successfully
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, both internally and externally
  • Commercially astute, resilient and hands-on in approach
  • Fluent French and professional English required
