Regional Leadership Opportunity – Paris

An international organisation is currently seeking a senior professional to oversee operational coordination, team leadership and business performance across the Paris region.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will focus on operational delivery, customer experience, people leadership and overall execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting local management, maintaining high standards and contributing to broader regional objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance and day-to-day coordination across the region

• Help maintain high standards of customer experience and operational consistency

• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Contribute to the achievement of business objectives through practical, hands-on leadership

• Promote a culture of accountability, quality and continuous improvement

Profile

• Significant experience in a senior leadership or regional management role

• Strong operational and people leadership background

• Experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or other service-led environments would be of interest

• Exposure to performance monitoring and business reporting

• Fluent French and English
