Sales Director – Paris

Our client is a well-established international B2B services organisation, known for supporting companies through solution-led commercial models designed to enhance performance, agility, and long-term growth.

They are looking to hire a Sales Director based in Paris to join the senior leadership team and take ownership of commercial performance across France.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Management, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening sales effectiveness, and ensuring the successful execution of the wider commercial strategy.

This is a high-impact, highly operational leadership role, combining strategic oversight, hands-on team development, performance management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and further develop the sales organisation to enhance performance, improve conversion, and deliver sustained commercial growth across the business
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ambition, and execution, while creating the conditions for teams to perform at a consistently high level
  • Drive revenue growth by strengthening commercial discipline, identifying untapped opportunities, and maintaining a sharp focus on sales effectiveness in a fast-moving, results-driven environment
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the commercial roadmap, translating broader business objectives into clear priorities, actionable initiatives, and measurable outcomes
  • Oversee sales performance through robust reporting, pipeline visibility, conversion analysis, and KPI management, using data to challenge assumptions, refine priorities, and support informed decision-making
  • Work in close partnership with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment around commercial objectives, respond to evolving business needs, and maintain a market-relevant and customer-focused sales approach
  • Remain closely connected to clients and market developments, anticipating changing expectations, identifying growth levers, and ensuring the sales teams are well positioned to deliver value and capture opportunities

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Proven experience in senior B2B sales leadership roles within fast-paced environments and short sales cycle models
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth, improving sales effectiveness, and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to stay close to the field, coach teams effectively, and provide both support and challenge where needed
