Administrative Assistant - Trilingual Italian, English, French

Our client is seeking a trilingual Italian, French, English Assistant to join their team who provide administrative support to the high profile chairman, based in Monaco. You will be specifically focused on providing support to the Head Personal Assistant who looks after all arrangements for the Yacht and Private Jet.

This is a fully on-site role with regular working hours, Monday - Friday.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the PA to the CEO’s complex schedule and calendar, organize frequent travel arrangements, and coordinate remote appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Support with administrative tasks relating to the organisation of the owner's yacht and private jet
  • Manage schedules and payments relating to staff and crew
  • Support with general office administration
  • Handle appointment scheduling, often with short notice.
  • Maintain professionalism, ensure the strict confidentiality of all information, and always act with discretion and respect.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant in a fast paced environment. At ease with supporting a high level executive.
  • Fluency in Italian, English, and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and video conferencing tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Compensation:

  • NET monthly salary : 2500€
  • 13th-month bonus.
  • Health insurance plan (mutuelle).
