We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join the Leadership Team of an innovative player in the maritime technology and engineering sector, leveraging AI, data analytics, and technical expertise to make the ocean industry more efficient and sustainable.
You will play a central role in driving international growth and scaling the company’s impact worldwide.

Main Responsibilities :
- Define and implement a global revenue strategy to accelerate growth in maritime technology and engineering.
- Lead and develop Sales teams while building strong international partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align technical expertise with commercial opportunities.
- Drive international expansion and represent the company at high-level industry events to strengthen global visibility.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in commercial strategy and revenue growth in an international environment.
- Proven success in scaling revenues in SaaS, technology, or engineering-driven companies related to MRE or engineering sectors related to maritime operations.
- Strategic and people-focused leader.
- Data-driven and entrepreneurial mindset, with strong expertise in forecasting, revenue optimization.
- You speak English fluently; French and other languages are a plus.
