Our client, a leading international group in the medical devices and pharmaceutical sector, is looking to hire a Team Assistant to support their European teams.
This role would be ideal for an experienced Team Assistant with a strong sense of service, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
You will report directly to the HR Director and collaborate closely with international teams, while also providing day-to-day support to the Head of Marketing for Europe.
✨ Main Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management
- Coordinate complex schedules and ensure the smooth organization of both local and international meetings, including video and conference calls.
- Travel Management
- Arrange all travel logistics (flights, trains, accommodation, itineraries) for national and international business trips.
- Administrative & Office Support
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including incoming/outgoing mail and parcels, and act as a key contact for internal requests and office coordination.
- Presentation & Document Preparation
- Support the team in creating, formatting, and proofreading PowerPoint presentations and other documents for internal and external use.
✨ Profile Sought
- Solid experience as a Team Assistant in an international and fast-paced environment
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working across different and cultures.
✨ Salary & Benefits
- Fixed annual salary starting from €50,000 gross, depending on experience
- 25 days of paid leave + 15 RTT days
