An innovative and fast-growing international MedTech scale-up is seeking a Customer Success & Training Manager to join its team in Italy, supporting B2B clients across Milan and Northern Italy. The company, consistently recognised among Europe’s most forward-thinking tech firms, offers full remote flexibility with frequent travel within the designated area (up to 70%) for on-site client onboarding, support and training. Operating at the intersection of AI and digital health innovation, the company provides SaaS-based solutions, hardware and software tools that transform how professionals manage and monitor their workflows. You will report to the Sales Manager for the Mediterranean region and work closely with the Account Executives team. Responsibilities: Onboard new clients and implement tailored workflows to meet each professional’s needs Provide continued support and consultation to maximize platform usage Build strong, trust-based client relationships and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Sales, Success, Product) Represent the company at regional trade shows and client events Profile Required: Experience in training, onboarding, consulting or another client-facing role Familiarity with the dental or healthcare High affinity with digital tools and a strong interest in new technologies (AI/SaaS) Fluency in Italian and English Salary & Benefits: Fully remote structure (field-based role) Competitive salary package with bonus and car allowance (you must have a valid driver's licence for the role) Company events and team meetups Career development in a dynamic, international environment Diverse, inclusive and collaborative work culture (20+ nationalities) Please apply with your CV in English to t.perriaux@eurolondon.com Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
