Chief Revenue Officer - France / Europe | Executive Leadership Team

Our client is a company combining AI, data analytics and deep sector expertise to help ocean industries operate more efficiently, strengthen compliance and support more sustainable decision-making.

They are looking to hire a Chief Revenue Officer to join the executive team and lead the next stage of their commercial development.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a central role in shaping international expansion, strengthening revenue performance and aligning commercial execution with the wider business strategy.

This is a high-impact role for a senior commercial leader who knows how to scale revenue in complex, technical and compliance-driven markets.

You will take ownership of the international go-to-market strategy across three verticals and help build the commercial infrastructure, market presence and leadership needed to support long-term growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and lead the international go-to-market strategy, supporting expansion into new markets and growth across existing ones
• Lead and develop the commercial organisation across sales, account management, revenue operations and tender activity
• Support complex enterprise sales cycles, strategic client development and the acceleration of international tender activity
• Work closely with leadership, product and marketing teams to strengthen commercial positioning, drive performance and support wider growth initiatives, including partnerships and strategic expansion
• Act as a hands-on commercial leader able to combine strategic thinking with execution in evolving and international markets.

Profile:

• Significant senior commercial leadership experience in an international B2B environment
• Strong track record of opening and developing new international markets
• Experience selling complex, high-value solutions in technical or compliance-driven sectors
• Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on commercial builder
• Experience scaling commercial infrastructure in a growth-stage environment
• Comfortable managing mixed sales motions and navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Exposure to maritime, offshore, environmental, industrial tech or similarly regulated sectors.
• Fluent English is essential; French would be a plus.
