Our client, a leading international group in the medical devices and pharmaceutical sector, is looking to hire a&nbsp;Team Assistant to support their European teams.
This role would be ideal for an experienced Team Assistant with a strong sense of service, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
You will report directly to the&nbsp;HR Director&nbsp;and collaborate closely with&nbsp;international teams, while also providing day-to-day support to the&nbsp;Head of Marketing for Europe.
✨&nbsp;Main Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Calendar &amp; Meeting Management</li>
<li>Coordinate complex schedules and ensure the smooth organization of both local and international meetings, including video and conference calls.</li>
<li>Travel Management</li>
<li>Arrange all travel logistics (flights, trains, accommodation, itineraries) for national and international business trips.</li>
<li>Administrative &amp; Office Support</li>
<li>Manage daily administrative tasks, including incoming/outgoing mail and parcels, and act as a key contact for internal requests and office coordination.</li>
<li>Presentation &amp; Document Preparation</li>
<li>Support the team in creating, formatting, and proofreading PowerPoint presentations and other documents for internal and external use.</li>
