Operations Trainer – Food | Paris

We are recruiting an Operations Trainer for a fast-growing international company operating in the food sector and expanding its activities in France.

This is a hands-on, field-based position combining restaurant operations, training, quality and partner support.

You will regularly visit restaurant and kitchen partner locations across Paris and the surrounding area, working directly with operational teams to deliver practical training, support new launches and ensure that food preparation, operational processes and quality standards are implemented consistently.

You will work closely with internal operations teams and report to a Senior Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in restaurant, kitchen, food service or hospitality operations who would like to move into a broader training and field-based role while remaining close to day-to-day operations.

You will join an international business at an important stage of its development in France and contribute directly to the successful rollout and performance of its partner network.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver practical, hands-on training to operational teams at restaurant and kitchen partner locations
• Train teams on food preparation procedures, operational processes, quality standards and relevant tools
• Support the launch of new concepts, menus or operational initiatives
• Provide follow-up coaching to ensure standards are understood and maintained
• Carry out operational, food quality and site-readiness audits
• Work closely with internal teams and restaurant partners to support successful implementation and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant food hygiene, health, safety and quality standards
• Travel regularly across Paris and the surrounding area

What we’re looking for

• Fluent French and English
• At least 4 years’ experience in restaurant, hospitality, food service, kitchen operations or a similar hands-on food environment
• Previous experience managing, coaching or training operational teams
• A good understanding of food preparation, operational procedures, hygiene and quality standards
• Experience as a Chef, Sous-Chef, Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager or Trainer would be particularly relevant
• Comfortable working autonomously, visiting different partner locations and taking ownership
• Willingness to travel regularly across Paris and the surrounding area

What they offer

• €40,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience
• Performance-based bonus
• 39-hour working week with RTT
