Our client is an established print management software company with significant experience delivering cloud-based SaaS solutions, on-premise software, and professional services across international markets.
They are currently looking to recruit a Channel Sales Manager to join their small France-based team, in the Print & Copy Channel Business Unit.
Reporting into the Channel Partner Manager based in London, you will focus on developing and managing reseller and dealer relationships across the French market for print management and document workflow solutions.
You will be working from home but ideally based in Paris to attend regular client meetings with resellers and dealer partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive channel sales growth in line with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, dealers, and customers
- Recruit and develop reseller partners across France
- Deliver product demonstrations, partner training sessions, and webinars
- Educate resellers on new features and products as they become available
- Invite customers and resellers to conferences, exhibitions, and events.
- Host monthly webinars to educate and promote solutions and services.
- Support partners with tenders, quotations, pricing, and technical/commercial queries
- Maintain accurate CRM records and partner communications
- Work closely with sales, marketing, presales, and technical support teams
- Attend regular online and in-person meetings with internal teams and partners across Europe
Profile Required:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in channel sales, reseller management, or B2B sales
- Strong outbound sales skills, including cold calling and lead generation
- Fluent French and English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience managing reseller networks
- Experience selling software or technical products
- Comfortable working independently within a remote environment
- Knowledge of the print and copy dealer industry is a plus but not mandatory.
